Personal data protection policy concerning your application data

We are committed to respecting privacy and protecting personal data, in accordance with applicable legislation and our ethical and compliance commitment.

Data controller and purpose :

Groupe Roullier is the data controller responsible for processing data for the purpose of managing applications submitted to our Group and its subsidiaries. By sending us your personal data, you agree to us using it to consider your application and sending your application to our Group’s subsidiaries and our establishments.

Legal bases for processing :

Your Data is processed on the basis of your consent. By submitting an unsolicited application or responding to an advertisement, you authorise the Data Controller to process and collect your Data.

Purposes:

All of your Data will be processed for recruitment purposes, in particular to determine the suitability of your experience and qualifications for the positions available on the date your application is submitted. It is processed for the sole purpose of analysing your application, carrying out recruitment procedures and potentially offering you new positions.

Whether the data is optional or compulsory is indicated on the forms appearing on the site. If “compulsory” data is not provided, Groupe Roullier will not be able to pursue the recruitment process.

The recruitment process may include interviews and professional, psychometric and personality tests.

Groupe Roullier informs you that it may also expand your profile with information concerning you, namely information collected (i) during its communications with you, whether in writing, by telephone or physical interviews and (ii) from professional social media or from any source of public information, where this information is useful for the management of your application.

Your personal data is not subject to automated processing as part of our recruitment process.

Your data may be included in a CV library.

Sensitive data :

You must ensure that the documents submitted as part of your application (information provided directly or attachments) do not contain any sensitive information.

Sensitive information is considered to be information that directly or indirectly reveals membership or non-membership, whether actual or assumed, of an ethnic group or alleged race; morals; sexual orientation or sex life; political, religious or philosophical beliefs; state of health; union or cooperative activity; any criminal convictions or offences.

Retention periods:

Data is kept for the time necessary to examine your application and for two years after your last contact to enable us to contact you again and inform you of any opportunities that may be of interest to you.

Recipients :

We inform you that Groupe Roullier, its establishments and subsidiaries are recipients of your personal data for the purposes of processing your application. Only the people who are involved in the recruitment process (recruitment department, human resources and management) will have access to your Data. In certain cases, however, your data may also be communicated to our subcontractors involved in the recruitment process, particularly external recruitment firms or IT service providers for implementation of the site, it being understood that they will only have limited access to your data, for the sole purpose of managing the services we ask them to provide.

Transfer of data outside the European Union:

The information collected is stored within the territory of the European Union and will not be transferred, without your consent, to a third country.

Security :

Your personal data is stored on a computer and processed confidentially, security and confidentiality guarantees having been taken to protect the personal data communicated via the internet.

Individual rights :

In accordance with the applicable national and European provisions, you have a right of access to the Data concerning you, the right to request its rectification, erasure or portability, as well as the right to request limitation of the processing of your data and to withdraw your consent.
