Admin Executive – M/F

In this context, we are looking for a: Admin Executive Based in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).

Your responsibilities :

Logistics & Operations Administration

• Track deliveries, shipments, and goods reception.
• Coordinate with transport partners and logistics providers.
• Prepare and monitor shipping documentation (delivery note, packing list, invoice, certificate).

Accounting Support

• Assist with the verification of staff expense claims
• Ensure accurate filing and compliance of accounting documents.
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting

Office Management & Administrative Support

• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Organize business trips, meetings, and on‑site events.
• Participate in general office projects and administrative initiatives.

You will directly report to the Finance manager.
