We are now looking to recruit a Product, Technical and Sustainability Manager to join our Technical Product Management and Sustainability Team, primarily covering the South/ South East Region.

The Role:
The role involves joint responsibility for key Product Development strategy, technical support, and activity for Grassland Agro within the Product Management and Technical Support Team, and will be focused on the Speciality Business and Product range with the following responsibilities:
-Technical Development of Product Range and Product Positioning in the Marketplace.
-Development and Communication of Grassland AGRO brands at company and product levels.
-Developing and Leading Marketing Campaigns.
-Technical Training and Support of Field Sales and Telesales Team.

The Person:
-Recognised agricultural qualification (Master’s or PhD) with post‑qualification experience in agricultural sales and/or marketing.
-Proven track record of high performance and target achievement.
-Strong technical expertise across agricultural enterprises and farming systems.
-High level of competence in IT and digital communication tools, including websites and social media.
-Self‑motivated and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Excellent problem‑solving and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
-Strong people‑management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
-Positive, proactive team player with a strong commercial focus and drive to succeed.
