Logistics Operations Specialist – German Speaker
Based in Belgrade


This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting customers and logistics operations across several European markets.

Your role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders, transportation activities and warehouse operations throughout Central Europe.
You will act as a central point of coordination between customers, carriers, warehouses and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent service levels, efficient logistics processes and high operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing
Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and logistics matters
Coordinate transport providers, shipment planning and delivery tracking
Verify transport documentation and invoices
Monitor stock levels and warehouse performance across Central Europe
Coordinate warehouse providers and ensure service quality
Support logistics optimization projects and process improvements
Prepare operational reports and KPIs
