Your objectives as Technical R&D Advisor:

Research:

  • Conduct market analysis of key UK crops to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assess agronomic challenges in the UK and collaborate with the CMI to develop effective solutions.
  • Initiate new market research in partnership with the CMI to drive innovation and address industry challenges.
  • Identify market growth opportunities by targeting high-priority crops.
  • Partner with universities, technical institutes, and R&D facilities on local development projects, as well as initiatives with the Groupe Roullier World Innovation Center (CMI).
  • Strengthen the technical credibility of our products by obtaining relevant certifications and labels.

Development:

  • Advocate for TIMAC AGRO's innovative solutions within local technical and scientific communities.
  • Introduce and promote solutions that address crop challenges through distribution channels and certified bodies such as the British Sugar Board.
  • Lead key projects to expand TIMAC AGRO's market presence in the UK.
  • Connect with key industry stakeholders

Your Profile:

PhD in agronomy, specializing in plant or soil nutrition, plant biology or plant health. (Essential)
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with external partners.

Le service R&D Procédés du CMI joue un rôle central dans la recherche, le développement et l'industrialisation de techniques et produits innovants.

Son organisation comprend :
- Un laboratoire d’essais polyvalent permettant la formulation et la mise au point de nouveaux produits (solides ou liquides) et le déroulement d’études d’optimisation de produits existants ;
- Des outils pilotes : qui permettent de définir, à une échelle intermédiaire entre laboratoire et industrie, les paramètres procédés de la mise en œuvre de matières premières nouvelles et de la fabrication de produits nouveaux.
