To support our development in Asia-Pacific, we are recruiting a :
Techno-Commercial Manager (Animal Nutrition-Ruminants), Asia-Pacific
Based in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)
Your main goal :
Reporting to the East Asia & Pacific Business Director, you will further develop Phosphea’s range of mineral based products dedicated to ruminants (dairy, cattle) in selected Asia-Pacific markets.
Your main tasks :
-Develop sales of mineral based products on key markets. Focus will be on Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and development of growing markets such as Pakistan.
-Understand the needs of the markets and the expectations of customers
-Conduct products technical presentations to prospects and customers (integrators, feed and premix makers, farmers, distribution partners,…)
-Provide technical advice and personalized support to our partners
-Collect and analyze market information (market study and technical, competition, regulatory monitoring)
-Negotiate commercial contracts and manage their implementation
-Ensure the follow-up of commercial contracts, carrying out regular commercial tours, monitoring customer satisfaction and needs
-Prospect and develop the client portfolio
-Build customer loyalty by establishing a privileged relationship with your customers

Perfil
Your profile :
-M.Sc, Engineer, PhD. in animal nutrition / animal health or related field (DVM), with a focus on ruminants nutrition and health
-Strong practical knowledge in ruminants’ mineral nutrition
-Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in sales of specialty feed additives/raw materials, preferably in ANZ
-Passionate about livestock and feed industry
-Business and results oriented with passion for negotiating
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Entrepreneurial mindset
-Eager to travel about 50% of time
-Fluent in English
