Director of Business Development - Fertilizer & Agronomic Innovation

As a Director of Business Development, you will be the driving force behind our business expansion! You will lead on the basis of clear objectives:
- Develop and implement growth strategies,

Your duties:
- Create and lead a dynamic business development strategy.
- Inspire and coordinate a team of Business Developers and Agronomic Technical Consultants in several regions.
- Identify, initiate and develop new market opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Agricultural Retailers, Co-Operatives and key industry players.
- Collaborate with global Product and Marketing teams to drive innovation.
- Manage regional and national P&L responsibilities while ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and strategy meetings.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned, as needed.
Work environment
- Reports to the CEO.
- Frequent travel (up to 70%), including domestic and international travel.
Profil
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience working in Business Development, preferably with proven track record of establishing strategic partnerships.
- Strong background in agriculture, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's farmers.
- Visionary and entrepreneurial mindset with the proven ability to turn ideas into actions & strategy into results.
- Proven ability to lead and unite teams & stakeholders around ambitious complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); strong proficiency in English is required.
