Business Developer - Fertilizer & Agronomic Innovation
Philadelphia, PA [USA] / Atlanta, GA, FL, AL [USA] / Charlotte, NC, SC [USA]

Your duties:
- Identify and realize new business opportunities to strengthen our presence in the market.
- Accompany and support the sales teams in the field in achieving their objectives.
- Establish and maintain a solid network of partners (Agricultural Distributors, Producers, etc.) on a local, regional or national scale.
- Represent our brand at professional events and support the launch of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our local & international teams to share best practices and foster innovation.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned, as needed.
Work environment:
- Flexible work location within your assigned region.
- Frequent travel (3.5 to 4 days/week), overnight stays included.
Profil
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience working in Product Sales.
- Experience in Agribusiness is strongly preferred (alternatively, we would consider genuine passion/interest in the agricultural industry and its various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious & complex projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; this person is expected to have excellent networking skills and excelin the art of negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); strong proficiency in English is required.
