Area Sales Manager, Animal Nutrition – DACH & Netherlands
Permanent Contract – Full remote from France, DACH or Benelux countries
Reporting to our Sales Director, Animal Nutrition, you will oversee the commercial development of specialty portfolio of products for agricultural distributors of animal nutrition in the DACH zone and Netherlands. 
Supported by our technical, marketing, logistics and quality teams, your main missions will be:
To promote and develop the sales of our current and future innovative products
To support and train distributors in sales
To retain the client portfolio on our historical activities
To identify new targeted stakeholders in the context of the market launch of the new specialty product
To guarantee customers’ satisfaction
To insure the reporting of your commercial activity (CRM)
A support from the Sales Director of the area and an extensive onboarding will ensure you a fast adaptation.

Profil

Profile :
Preferably, you graduated in agri/agro engineering, biology or veterinary science; you wish to enrich your knowledge in the field and develop your commercial skills. A first significant experience in animal nutrition sales is a must. Ideally, you are an export of the ruminants’ nutrition.
Your key factors of success rely on your ground presence, your capacity to adapt to your interlocutors, your strength of conviction and your tenacity.
 
Perfect command of German and English are required.
National and international travelling up to 40% of the working time.
