We are seeking highly motivated Technical
Sales Advisors – Agronomist’s to join our growing team in the West Cork region.
The successful candidate will be
responsible for advice and sales of our unique
enhanced product range, in soil
conditioning, fertilization and mineral supplements direct to farmers through
local co-ops and merchants in the region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients in the agricultural industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with local co-ops and merchants.
Provide technical advice and support to farmers regarding our range of products, and our soil sustainability program.
Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
Commercial knowledge, sales and advisory skills experience
Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of farming and agricultural products, as well as their applications and benefits.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Full driving license.

En dependencia del Responsable de Producción y en
coordinación con el resto de áreas, la persona seleccionada asumirá las

TÉCNICO/A DE MANTENIMIENTO MECÁNICO
En dependencia del Responsable de Mantenimiento y en
coordinación con el resto de áreas, la persona seleccionada asumirá las
siguientes funciones y responsabilidades:
- Realizar mantenimiento mecánico correctivo, preventivo y
predictivo de las máquinas e instalaciones de la empresa.
- Identificar oportunamente las averías y proponer mejoras.
- Registro oportuno de las labores de mantenimiento ejecutadas en el sistema
GMAO de la empresa.
- Realizar el registro de salidas de repuestos/consumibles de almacén,
colaborando con este departamento para el control de stock.
- Realización de labores de engrasador de forma puntual.
- Realizar las labores de mantenimiento en el taller mecánico, manteniendo el
orden y la limpieza, alineado con la metodología 5S.
REQUISITO MÍNIMOS:
- Formación profesional grado
superior en Mecánica, Mantenimiento y/o similares.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar, realizando el mantenimiento
mecánico de maquinaria industrial.
- Valorable conocimiento y/o experiencia en interpretación de planos,
hidráulica, neumática y soldadura.
NECESARIO:
- Buenas habilidades para el trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad de organización.
- Persona rigurosa y resolutiva.
