To support our development we are currently recruiting an Administrative and Sample Management Assistant for our subsidiary TIMAB Magnesium a leading producer and distributor of magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide and other magnesium chemicals for a wide variety of applications in industrial, environmental and agricultural markets.

Administrative and Sample Management Assistant

 Based in Dalian, you will provide operational support to the quality department, operational sourcing and sales teams. You will represent the company's image and you will have the opportunity to communicate with high-level interlocutors.

Main responsibilities :
- Responsible for sample warehouse management in FIFO (first in – first out) manner on weekly basis
- Support our team to process the sample delivery for domestic and abroad customers
- Participate and monitor procedure’s operating follow up with logistics team and quality team based on its milestones
- Assist the quality manager for report collecting and check-ups
- Assist the sourcing and sales team (answer telephone calls, organize meetings and seminars, handle agendas, write letters and reports)
- Order, dispatch and send samples
- Ensure the administrative management of the Business Unit, including invoices and accounting management, mail management, etc
- Conduct and update various dashboards of suppliers and communication supports
- Organize Business trips for the local team, bookings, office supply management
- Monitor and evaluate external laboratories’ service and its performance on daily basis
- Other tasks assigned by quality manager

Profil

Profile:
- Bachelor degree or higher in International trade
- International environment exposure
- Administrative experience, ideally in a technical sector
- Deep knowledge in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet
- Advance language of English
- Real sense of providing service
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and rigorous profile
