Missions

As an HR Director within Timac Agro, your role is the implementation of global HR strategies, processes and initiatives and to setup HR actions that will be aligned both with the company goals and with employee’s expectations.

You plan and coordinate various HR aspects:
. Strategy: responsibility for the strategic and operative stages of the employee life-cycle in Austria |Hungary |Switzerland
· Recruitment: you are in charge of the complete recruiting process by operating yourself, mainly for Austria and Switzerland
· Induction of new employees: together with the management, you establish detailed induction programs and ensure the strong follow-up of new employees in the company
· Evaluation of the employees: your role is to ensure that all evaluations are conducted on time and to collect, analyze and treat the data
· Training: according to the needs and in accordance with the managerial team, you create individual training plans for the employees
. Well-being: be proactive to improve employee’s experience and satisfaction, you are proactive and lead your initiatives by example. You remain available for communication with all employees.
· Administrative: you create and modify the employment contracts, you ensure the HR operations delivery.
· Payroll: Control payroll data’s and you ensure the correct takeover. Coordinate with managers for eventual bonuses and salary increases


Profil

- Master degree in HR Management / Business Management
- You have an in-depth know-how in all stages of the employee life-cycle and talent acquisition
- Minimum 5 years working experience in HR generalist roles
- Excellent knowledge of the Austrian labor laws and procedures
- You are fluent in German and English, ideally French or Hungarian
- Rigorous, hard worker, well-organized and know how to lead projects and prioritize. Good interpersonal skills and able to keep confidentiality.
- You have great communication as well as pro-active leadership and hands-on skills
