Within the Groupe Roullier, Timab Magnesium (650 p.) is an expert in the commercialization of magnesium products for the agricultural, industrial and environmental fields. To support its international development, we are hiring Area Sales Manager  for our industrial markets, to further develop our business activity in Europe.

Area Sales Manager – Eastern Europe & Benelux
Permanent Contract - Rotterdam, Netherlands

 Main responsabilities:

Supported by our technical, marketing, logistics and quality teams, your main missions will be:

-Develop and expand the business in your region.
-Understand and monitor the market (technical development, competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations).
-Maintain and develop the client portfolio by working closely with your network.
-Negotiate commercial contracts to achieve a successful supply to your customers with optimal results.
-Oversee the full order and delivery process to create the best service to your customers.
-Insure the reporting of your commercial activity (CRM)

Profil

Profile:
Preferably, you graduated with a bachelor’s / Master's degree, majoring in business and/or engineering: chemistry, natural sciences, mechanical engineering or similar.
You have a first significant experience in sales of technical products/solutions in the industrial, chemical or commodities sector. If you have a business/sales degree, you must possess technical knowledge with a technical sales experience.

Your key factors of success rely on your ground presence, your capacity to adapt to your interlocutors, your strength of conviction, your tenacity and your technical and commercial expertise.

Perfect command of English. German and Dutch will be much appreciated.

National and international travelling up to 50% of the working time.   

A training course of several weeks, a continuing sales education, as well as a strong technical support will ensure you rapid and lasting results.
