Regional Sales Manager APAC
Permanent Contract - Based in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)

Reporting to the APAC Regional Manager, you will further develop Phosphea’s range of macro-mineral based products in various APAC countries. Your main missions are :

-Develop sales of mineral based solutions (both commodity and specialty products)
-Manage relationships with existing clients and develop accounts portfolio
-Understand the needs of the markets and the expectations of customers
-Conduct products technical presentations to prospects and customers (integrators, feed and premix makers, distribution partners,…)
-Provide technical advice and personalized support to the Company’s partners
-Collect and analyze market information (macro and micro knowledge, technical issues and needs, prices trends, competition, regulatory monitoring)
-Negotiate commercial contracts and manage their implementation
-Ensure the follow-up of commercial contracts, carrying out regular commercial tours, monitoring customer satisfaction and needs
-Build customer loyalty by establishing a privileged relationship with your customers
-Ensure the correct processing of client orders

Perfil

- Minimum 5 years experience in sales of specialty feed additives/raw materials in APAC region
- M.Sc, Engineer, in animal nutrition / animal health or related field (DVM)
- Knowledge of animal nutrition technical practices in targeted countries
- Passionate about livestock and feed industry
- Business and results oriented with passion for negotiating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both internal and external
- Excellent organizational skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Eager to travel about 50% of time in Australia & New-Zealand
- Fluent in English – Mandarin will be a strong advantage.
