As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our continued growth in Norfolk and Suffolk. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-potential region, lead from the front, and make a real difference for UK farmers through sustainable, results-driven solutions.

 

 

Perfil

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our presence across Norfolk and Suffolk in the Eastern region. You will open and grow new sales territories, recruit and lead a high-performing team of Technical Sales Specialists, and deliver hands-on support in the field.

Working closely with distributors, you’ll provide both commercial and technical guidance to boost market reach. You’ll also shape strategic sales plans, manage KPIs, and use CRM data to forecast and report performance - all while helping your team grow their agronomic and commercial expertise.

This position is a full time, and permanent position - Monday to Friday 08:30am-5:00pm.
