Permanent Contract – Remote (from Indonesia)

Reporting to the Area Manager in Plant Nutrition for Southeast Asia – Agriculture BU, you will have to further develop Timab Magnesium’s business activity in the field of agricultural (plant nutrition) for the Indonesian market.
Your main missions will be:
• To define the sales strategy according to the Area Manager for this region
• To prospect new clients
• To manage the distribution channels
• To take responsibility for your area and optimize your results (margins, volume and market share) with direct sales
• To guarantee the quality of our products and respect delivery deadlines to our customers
• To monitor the market (competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations)
• To insure the reporting to the Area Manager
• …
You will also benefit from the support of other company departments: R&D, communication, quality, etc.
Several weeks of training will be provided. This will quickly familiarize you with the company structure and the technical aspects of the products and their applications.
Perfil
Profile required:
Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture or agronomy, you have at least 3-4 years of experience in sales, ideally in a B-to-B environment, in sales of Agricultural products. You are an expert in fertilizer sales.
You have a perfect command of Indonesian and you are proficient in English.
You are an excellent negotiator, and you are result oriented. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and love to take up big challenges. Your reactiveness, rigor and excellent listening capabilities will give you what it takes to meet your customers' needs.
You can work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
You love being outdoor on the field, travel in Indonesia is to be expected (75%).
