Hello, Angela. Did you become a Technical Sales Agent by chance, or was it a calling?

I have always worked in the agriculture sector, first at the University of Brasilia, then at the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, and finally at the Federal District Development Agency. But I never thought about becoming a sales representative before I started at Timac Agro Brasil! When I discovered Groupe Roullier, I was excited by its missions, its values and its philosophy. And above all, I really found my vocation when I became a Technical Sales Agent.

As a woman, is it difficult to assert yourself?

The agricultural sector is hesitant about recruiting women, but once we are hired, we have the same tools available to us as men do. We have to show that we are just as determined as they are in order to assert ourselves. Being a woman is even an advantage sometimes: it's difficult to say no to us!

Which of the group's values do you most identify with?

Entrepreneurship, mainly. I have my own clients, so it's my own little business. The better I manage it, the more profitable it is for me!
