Business Developer W/M - Fertilizer & Agronomic Innovation

Your missions:
- Identify and realize new business opportunities to strengthen our presence in the market.
- Accompany and support the sales teams in the field in achieving their objectives.
- Establish and maintain a solid network of partners (agricultural distributors, producers, etc.) on a local, regional or national scale.
- Represent our brand at professional events and support the launch of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our local and international teams to share best practices and foster innovation.
Work Environment

Wat ga je doen?
- Je ontdekt en realiseert nieuwe zakelijke kansen die onze positie in de markt versterken.
- Je ondersteunt en motiveert onze verkoopteams in het veld om hun doelen te behalen.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterk netwerk van partners zoals landbouwdistributeurs, producenten en coöperaties zowel lokaal, regionaal als nationaal.
- Je vertegenwoordigt ons merk op beurzen, evenementen en bij de lancering van marketingcampagnes.
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze lokale en internationale teams om kennis en best practices te delen en innovatie te versnellen.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en maakt impact.
Profil
Your contributions:
- Master's level, expertise developed over at least 5 years in the marketing of products.
- With, ideally, experience in Agribusiness or a real passion/interest in the agricultural sector and its various stakeholders.
- A sense of networking, excelling in the art of communication and negotiation.
- The ability to unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious and complex projects.
- An entrepreneurial and results-oriented spirit.
In addition to Dutch, given the international scope of our operations at TIMAC AGRO, strong proficiency in English is required.

- Een afgeronde master en 5+ jaar ervaring in productmarketing.
- Idealiter heb je ervaring in de agribusiness of op z’n minst een sterke affiniteit met landbouw en alles wat daarbij komt kijken.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, legt makkelijk contact en weet hoe je relaties opbouwt en onderhoudt.
- Je hebt het talent om mensen te verbinden rond ambitieuze en soms complexe projecten.
- Je denkt commercieel, bent resultaatgericht en neemt initiatief.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands én Engels – gezien onze internationale scope is dat essentieel.
