SEA Technical Sales Support Manager – Plant Nutrition M/F
Permanent contract – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Reporting to the Area Manager in Plant Nutrition for Southeast Asia – Agriculture BU, you will ensure and animate a mission of technical support on the plant nutrition products with the outside sales team, for existing or new products.
Your main missions will be:
• Provide technical support to our customers and distributors
• Develop, maintain and cooperate with a network of partners
• Set up and monitor field trials and R&D studies (definition and implementation of protocols, follow-up, exploitation of results, presentation to the client).
• Train our sales force on technical subjects, build a close collaboration with it to participate in technical meetings with clients
• Participates in monitoring (bibliographic, scientific, technological, competitive) as well as expositions and salons
• …
As part of these missions, you will join the Plant Nutrition R&D team. You will also benefit from the support of other company departments: communication, quality, etc.
Several weeks of training will be provided. This will quickly familiarize you with the company structure and the technical aspects of the products and their applications.
Perfil
Profile required :
Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture or agronomy, you have at least 3-4 years of experience as a product manager or technical support in the fertilizers or palm oil industry.
You identify with these qualities: autonomy, flexibility, curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills.
You have a perfect command of Malaysian and you are proficient in English.
Frequents trips in the SEA zone are to be expected (75%): Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand.
