About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Developer to bolster and expand our business footprint within the industrial & chemical markets across the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand business in sectors including specialty chemicals, food & pharma, catalysts, lubricants, building products, wastewater treatment, pulp & paper, polymers, desulfurization, oilfield, and process additives.
Monitor market dynamics, including competition, potential clients, raw material costs, and regulatory changes.
Develop and maintain a robust B2B client portfolio through proactive sourcing and pursuit of contacts, prospects, and partnerships.
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts to optimize results in terms of margins, volume, and market share.
Manage the P&L for the designated area and ensure seamless processing of client orders, logistics, and payments.

Profil

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science / Engineering, Mining/Geology, or Business Management (or related field) with a minor in Chemistry or strong technical knowledge, aptitude, and interest.
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in chemicals, raw materials, or a related technical field.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
